The Consequences Of Compromise

The Lord had me "follow" Anne Rice on Facebook after showing me her interview with CBN. The interview was anointed, moving. It looked like she was heading in the right direction. (Anne Rice, author of the Vampire Chronicles, etc; grew of Catholic, set it aside and became atheist)

I have no doubt that she loves the Lord to some extent - the problem is that she has not died to self. And you cannot truly be His, you do not TRULY LOVE HIM WHOLLY until and unless you surrender, obey, submit - die to self, allowing Him to rule and reign through you.

If you look at her Facebook page, all she talks about is herself. Her interviews, her book signings, her past books (which include vampire chronicles, books about witches, even books about sex). She has not been set free - if the Lord truly showed her herself through those characters to bring her to Him, she has not yet come to the end of her 'self' - for she revels in the vampires, finds nothing wrong about the witches...The Lord REMOVES the things from our past from our hearts - when she is truly FREE by the Holy Ghost, she will never mention the works of her past apart from Christ again.

Today she is promoting mardi gras - and actually said that there is nothing wrong with feasting because the bible also talks about feasts. The bible talks about BIBLICAL feasts - not eating, drinking, dancing, being merry for the sake of feasting - NO! Feasts in the bible were UNTO GOD! They celebrated HIM not the feaster - IF SOMETHING DOESN'T GIVE HIM GLORY, IT IS OF THE WORLD AND SIN. Truly the bible IS black and white - there is no 'middle ground' and truly the Lord did not take things of this world, brush them off, tweak them a bit and say "Look this is now holy" - NO! It was ALWAYS HOLY. He never ever ever changed or altered His message, His walk in any way shape or form just so as not to offend people.

What Anne is doing is very very dangerous. She is promoting the things of the world and the flesh while saying "But I love Jesus". She has not come out of the world - and her "FOLLOWERS" - whew - they are so mesmerized by her - - - a true lover of Christ would abhor self-attention, promotion, worship - instead pointing ALL TO CHRIST! This is the WORST form of deception - to say "I have Jesus" and then lead millions of folks to the world and not Heaven.

We need to PRAY FOR HER - pray that the Lord will reveal TRUTH. He has had me speak a few things on her page, but all she does is come back and JUSTIFY why she thinks those things are OK

EXAMPLE:

Anne Rice : "Mardi Gras is misunderstood. Feasting is a part of life, and times of feasting are noted in the Bible. Thousands of New Orleaneans participate peacefully in Mardi Gras without excess. They have a terrific time. It's a people's feast of the first order. Only some people join the wilder excesses in the French Quarter."

A 'people's feast'? Do I need to speak on this?

THIS IS THE DECEPTION OF THE LAST DAYS - PEOPLE WHO HAVE A FORM OF GODLINESS BUT DENY THE POWER THEREOF (2 Timothy 3:5) - the Lord said of these types of people "HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!"

PRAY PRAY PRAY. As the Lord puts other 'famous' folks on my heart, I ask Him to help me speak to them - for in their fame, they are used to getting attention, promoting themselves --- yet, to come to Christ, all that has to be set aside and crucified....for they are to lead ALL to Him....it seems daunting, almost impossible for famous folks to let all of that go (the fame, the attention, etc) but truly NOTHING is impossible for God.

THUS SAITH THE LORD: "In this most critical hour, the "furnace doors" shall now be opened wide in the midst of God's people and "all" that is being [and has been] built and sustained by the "arm of the flesh" will be "exposed" by holy fire."

to be washed, to be anointed

I never question why the Lord has me do a thing - I merely say "Yes, Lord". He had me watch part of the recent Grammy awards - and in that I do not listen to secular music, it was an interesting request.

There was a performance by a singer named Pink - very strong voice, not typically receiving the attention other secular artists receive.

After the fact, she told someone that she wanted to do something at the Grammy's that had never been done. She had spent 8 years as an acrobat and what she did at the Grammy's was something she'd been trained to do and did well.

What she DID DO is perform high above the audience in 'silks' - no net - she sang an emotional song entirely up in the air while spinning.

What the LORD pointed out (as it moved me so deeply I literally shook, and cried) - was that it was a picture of something spiritual. Pink went up totally enmeshed within the silk - it was wide, enveloping her entirely - she rested within it, surrendered to it. Then they lowered her to the floor level - and when you next see her she is completely wet - washed - anointed. And then she continues, now boldly, allowing the silks to narrow, trusting completely - strong, confident

He showed me the picture of the saint - beginning a thing on their own, then humbling themselves and being washed by His word (cleansed from all unrighteousness), and then coming up strong, bold in Him.

WASH AND ANOINT

The Spirit impressed upon me the phrase "wash and anoint". It reminded me of David after the death of Bathsheba's son. He lay on the ground fasting, but then arose, washed and anointed himself as an enactment or symbolic gesture to restore himself to his kingly state and mindset. In order to fulfill the office of king, you must embrace the role and responsibility as "God's anointed".

The washing signifies a submission to the Word of God and becoming clean because of it. It is repentance, but it is also restoration to truth in the inward man. It is making oneself a suitable habitation for the Holy Spirit.
John 15:3 "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you."
Psalm 119:9 How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.

Or perhaps it was best said by David in Psalm 51. You desire truth in the inward part...renew an upright spirit in me...wash me...do not take Your presence from me... I imagine that is was while he washed and anointed himself that he composed and sang this song in his heart.

If you are unable to believe that you are God's king, then you need to wash with the Word and restore yourself to truth.

The anointing is the symbol and reminder to us that God has sent the Helper to be with us and in us.
John 14:16-17 "And I will pray the Father and He will give you another Helper, the He may abide with you forever - The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you."
We know that oil on our skin is no spiritual power, but as we live our lives on earth it is vital that we be continually mindful of our Helper, the Spirit of the Anointed One, Who is with us. Our awareness of Him as He moves, broods, and operates according to the seven manifestations of Himself, makes it possible for us to be actively involved. Living, moving and having our being with the Spirit is the one thing that makes all the difference.

Many have laid down the mantle of kingly authority because of the work of the enemy. Wash and anoint and restore yourself to this spiritual position and victorious mindset!

Beloved of Almighty God - HUMBLE YOURSELF before the Lord - - - let the Lord WASH YOU, ANOINT YOU for His purposes - let Him renew and refresh you - rest in His grasp - trust Him to never let you fall - as long as you are wholly in Him....

He chose to show why the IMAGERY portrayed is prophetic and asks those who have ears to hear to indeed HEAR HIM....)

The Lord had me take my son and his best friend to lunch today - as we were getting into the car to leave to meet her at the restaurant, the Lord told me to "look down"

There, in my driveway, beside my car door was a heart - the rest of the driveway had melted....

MIRACLE IN OKLAHOMA 02-05-2010

At 9:36 A.M.this morning, a brother on Facebook posted the following:

" OK ALL.....I LIVE IN RURAL SW OKLAHOMA AND GET MY ELECTRICITY FROM A RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE. WE JUST HAD A DOOZY OF AN ICE STORM!!!!! IT IS THEIR ESTIMATE IS I WILL HAVE POWER BACK AROUND MARCH 1....SO,,,WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE & WILL SEE YOU THEN. GOD BLESS ."

The power company said their power would be back on MARCH 1st - MARCH!

The Lord let me see the post and had me speak to the situation - so I sent His word - and this is what the brother posted a few hours later:

"OK-feel foolish....went on H Electric did outstanding job. Was told yesterday a.m. 3 weeks before everything up and running. Finished cooking dinner on grill-gonna eat while still had daylight and ceiling fan started going round & round. March came early!!!"

GOD IS FAITHFUL AND TAKES CARE OF HIS BELOVED ONES! HALLELUJAH AND GLORY UNTO GOD FOR TRULY HE IS GOOD - ALL THE TIME. There is no way He would leave one of His own POWERLESS, especially those under the umbrella of His true anointing and authority of this messenger....
